This could quite possibly be the worst movie I have ever seen. If you are going to call the movie, 'Miami Vice,' you need to at least make some cursory nod to the original TV show. The only connection here is that there are two character who happen to be named Crockett and Tubbs.
Typical scene: characters talk, characters give intense stare, characters talk some more, characters stare. Then there's an obligatory gun battle at the end.
