Review of Mexican Werewolf in Texas (2005) by Jeremy R — 14 Aug 2007
A film based around the legend of the Mexican urban legend of Chupa Chups, sorry Chupacabra. A small town is terrorised by some strange animal and as usual a small group of teenagers decide they are going to save the day and kill the beast.
Well the special effects are done mainly as puppetry, with the odd guy in the suit moment and are not too bad. As for the acting... let's just say that it drags the film down and before long you don't care about the characters.
Don't worry that changes before the end... you wish they'd get Chupacrabra-ed.
