Metropolitan is nothing short of Genius. It's amazing how Whit Stillman was able to piece together a romance, social class struggle, snobbish, chock-full of pop culture, and still be great. Though underrated in sense of humor, there are very serious aspects and very funny aspects.
Like Woody Allen + Rich - Jewishism.
