Nicely written character study. I typically don't go in for purely character driven stories but this one posses the perfect mix of empathy, classism, dry wit, and realism to draw me in. Wonderful offering from a first time writer/director.
It being set in the heyday of the eighties and the inevitable down fall of Yuppie ("UHB") culture lent it a certain nostalgic appeal for me also.
