Review of Metallica: Some Kind of Monster (2004) by Armondwhitefan J — 24 Sep 2009
The most interesting documentary that I have ever seen. Being a Metallica fan, I've enjoyed every minute of it. I felt like I was in the room with James and the clan that made innovated Metal in more ways then one.
So much real-life drama that feels like it could have cut the very thin string holding the band together. James going to rehab, Jason leaving, having to find a new bassist. But in the end, a story about rock n' roll, in it's purest form, one that exposes the truth to being Metallica.
