It's an insightful doco for metalheads and non-metalheads as well. For the old fans, there's the interviews and great music. For the new fans, there's a history of metal, starting with a complex chart of the many genres of hard rock.
Worth a look as it is a great work of passion. I mean, here a group of people that just love music no matter what. and that's something great to see.
