I thought this doc was just OK, but if I may borrow a few words from a middle aged parent: "In this rock movie, I was shocked to learn about the history of Metal music, and how it became so popular.
This film to me is one of the best films to watch about rock n roll. There were many things that ive never learned before, like there is roughly over 20 different types of Metal and so forth. I recomend this film to anyone who loves hard rock, or whoever wishes to learn about rock.
Some parts may be disturbing, but you will enjoy it all the way.".
