I watched this a very long time ago. And I just watched it again. It's a Romeo and Julliet type movie, also like Love Story. Great movie, especially if you like movies about the sea and boating, and girls chasing dreams and about good guys meeting the girl of his dreams.
Anyway, for chick flicks, it don't get much better than this one, even with the sad ending.
