2nd half of the remarkable true story of France's murderous, charismatic Public Enemy #1 during the 1970s (almost as good as part 1)... Mesrine takes his multiple disguises and the audacity of his brushes with the law to a whole new level; Cassel is at his best as he rants against the system (in court and in the media) to expose its hypocrisies and sway public opinion to his side.
