A unique French movie, in that:
1. It is not at all boring,.
2. It is actually pretty damn good.
3. Most uniquely, it is not pretentious,.
4. Nobody sits around gazing at their navel and contemplating the meaning of life, and.
5. Nobody commits suicide at the end.
Very good, gritty crime-action-drama, based on a true story. Solid script, though had one or two contrived moments. Good direction.
Vincent Cassell is superb in the lead role.
Quite easily the best French movie yet.
