This 2nd part shows more of the criminal Mesrine's mindset and motivation. Its ironic that he wanted to grandstand,moralise & fight causes,yet ultimately he knew deep down he had always been it for the money and the gangster lifestyle.
Very satisfying biopic double bill, great performances. As with most true stories, there is some embellishment of what actually occurred. However, some of the bits you think would be fictional, are truer than you might think! I will be looking for a biography on this guy anyway!
