Review of Mesmer (1994) by Caitlin E — 04 Sep 2007
This movie's true strength may lie in the abilities of the actors to play their parts with feeling and skill, but the story line is also quite interesting if a bit strange.
It has it's slow parts [and the "group therapy" sessions may bring about a laugh or two whether it's intentional or not], but it also has good emotional depth, is aesthetically pleasing, and, as formerly stated, the acting is great; it is definitely a movie worth watching.
