Never have been interested in anything Bowie related, here I am forced to take notice of his stricking acting abilty in a film that isn't all that great, but embracing over time. The story stays with you and you find yourself pondering over its meaning.
Not strictly a war film, more a story of two mens affection/repulsion for one another.
