This is a very enjoyable movie. Cher and Winona Ryder have great chemistry together and the characters make a great and believable family. Narrated by Ryder's character, Charlotte, Mermaids is simply a fun, humorous movie to watch with the great performances.
I thought that there were some too much subplots that restricted full understanding and enjoyment of the film with too much going on but is over a decent movie that you'll likely enjoy.
