Those who need a lot of action in order to enjoy a movie are definitely better off skipping this, because it's much more of a character study than a story. It runs the gamut of parenting mistakes, from being far too lenient (the mom who runs her daughter's softcore porn website) to treating your child like an inmate (the mom who tracks her daughter's every move on the internet).

I found it fascinating, albeit sometimes depressing.
