Plots a little weak and they do go too far with some of their gags this time around but it doesn't take away from some really great character moments and performances. The shift from top agent to insecure second banana for Jay when Kay returns, the relationship between Jay and Laura, Frank the pug's promotion, all good stuff and worth the time spent watching it.
As a side note, I do think I like this movie more now than when I first saw it since seeing MIB III because II has now become a quirky diversion/second act before the superb finale of III. Just saying.
