Review of Men in Black II (2002) by Baurushan J — 25 Sep 2012
Men In Black II may lack the freshness from the first movie but it still keeps true to it's source material. The story is that Agent J is now a high-ranking member of the Men In Black while his partner Agent K has his memory wiped clean and is now living his life as a mailman.
As a nasty shape-shifting alien threat retreats itself and is pursuit of another escaped visitor who holds the key to powers that would allow her to destroy the world. When she has finally taken control over the Men In Black offices, J is forced to turn to the only man who can help him save the world- the former Agent K.
After restoring K's memory, the two remaining Men In Black set out to conquer the alien with a whole team of friendly aliens including a handful of worm creatures and a dog named Frank. J, meanwhile has his own head turned to Laura, an attractive waitress who has an unwitting witness to an alien attack.
Many people say that this movie is not as good as the first movie and I agree but it's still not bad. It introduced us to a completely new storyline, characters, plot, narrative, special effects, action and everything else you could add on to the list.
Overall Men In Black II is not great but it's good, it's still good. Men In Black II gets a 6/10..
