If the first Men in Black is an example of how to make a good film; this is an example of how to make a bad sequel. Oh sure there would be worse sequels out there like a lot of those straight-to-video Disney ones, but to have a movie like Men in Black (which would be very good sequel material), this is a real letdown.

What they did was rehash the first movie and crammed in more of the stuff people liked from the first one. The stuff they did add was terrible like the new villain or the two headed Johnny Knoxville. It doesn't add anything new or significant to the series like The Dark Knight or The Empires Strikes Back; it gives you something that isn't as funny or profound when they did it the first time.
