Review of Men in Black II (2002) by Kamel C — 23 Oct 2011
I don't understand the hate this movie gets. It stands as a worthy comedy on its own rights, so its association with the superior first film in the franchise must be its undoing. But, I'm not sure what people expected.
It may suffer from too much worms and Frank the Pug and not enough Zed, and a couple of jokes don't have the wit behind them, but it's just as imaginative as the first one. It features some great alien designs and Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are a perfect comedy duo.
