Review of Men in Black 3 (2012) by Horvath S — 13 Jun 2013
My favorite entry in the series. It easily improves upon the second and although the first is hard to top, MIB3 was better in terms of villain and story. The time-travelling concept which I would have found cliche had its own little twist that made it entirely forgivable.
The inclusion of Josh Brolin is also a nice addition at the cost of Tommy Lee Jones' minimized screen time (for obvious reasons). The character Griffin, who I really enjoyed watching, gave the movie its charming moments.
Compared to the previous installments, this movie had a bit more heart and was the most entertaining. This could pass as a closure for the trilogy though I'd like to see a few subplots concluded that were left open since the first MIB.
Definitely worth the time.
