Review of Memory (2006) by Pamela D — 11 Feb 2011
This is the best movie that will ever exist out of a cheap horror pack. I saw this movie flash everywhere on Netflix as a suggestion so I decided to break out my horror pack DVD's and sit through this, and boy am I glad I did.
The acting is pretty excellent for a B-horror,especially the late great Dennis Hopper's part. The horror count is kind of low,but the grim, mystery parts make up for that perfectly. The one part I felt scared out of the whole movie is when the killer had Dennis' character trapped in a room of his/her dolls made out of molds shaped like the kids this killer killed.
She could be anywhere and Dennis gets shaky looking for her in the flood of creepy, fake faces. The only two things I didn't like is at some parts I kinda of got confusedbecause of its jumps from here-to-there and that the score is very nice, but unfitting.
So overall,it's a great mystery for a B-movie. Great!
