The first half is complete goofball WTF-ness in odd scene after odd scene, the bumbly and agressive cops sure don't get much work done in this murder case - until it suddenly shifts somewhere at the hour-mark, and leads up to an ending which.
.well, I won't spoil it for you, but it could've both been better and worse.
