For those still applauding Zodiac (2007) and even The Silence of the Lambs (1991), there is a much more superior and challenging masterpiece from South Korea, thanks to the remarkable work of director Joon-ho Bong.

For those whose hope in great detective mystery films died with the 80s, Salinui chueok revives the genre with spectacular black humor twists. But above all, I widely applaud the ending, which is a remarkable and thought-provoking reflection about things that, for any reason that only God knows, are meant to be left either unexplained or disturbingly cleared only for the disturbed protagonist mind. You decide.

97/100.
