A murder investigation by 2 incompetent cops is so bad that they have to bring in a detective, who is also in above his head. An excellent crime story and a sad depiction of South Korea and it's authority figures (cops, government, etc.
) with brilliant perfomances by all the cast members. Bong Joon-Ho went on to make the much different, but equally awesome, The Host.
