Review of Memories of Murder (2003) by Stuart P — 01 Oct 2007
Watched this after having watched Zodiac and they are both very similar, although this carries with it a lot of humour which provides welcomed breaks from the a lot of the tension. It doesn't really get going though, until the fourth killing, that's when the storyline really sucks you in.
It can be a bit strange at times, like how the cops have a tendency to drop kick everyone they interrogate. It's a great piece of Korean film by the same bloke that made The Host.
