Review of Memories of Murder (2003) by Junior I — 01 May 2008
A heart breaking true story about an unstoppable serial rapist/killer who laid waste to rural south korea during the military dictatorship in 1986. This film left me astounded.
Detailed characterisation, beautiful cinematography (especially in the opening & ending film scenes) a great script & multi award winning performances amount to what I consider the greatest film i've ever seen :).
UNMISSABLE!
