Slow. Dissatisfying ending. Weak 'thrill' buildups. You don't care about the main characters. The movie's going nowhere. Maybe the shown events happened in real life, but that doesn't necessarily make a good movie.
The cinematography is great however and there are a few laughs and some interesting underlying details for people who are into the Korean culture.
