It is a very realistic movie based on a true story. Itâ(TM)s a story about serial killer who waits until a rainy night, and also a local radio station is always requested to play a particular song during the nights the murders are committed.
The performances are stunning, showing the flaws of a Third World police department in a country under dictatorship, using torture to force the confession and without skilled agents and resources. Itâ(TM)s a brilliant crime/thriller movie indeed.
