Loosely based on a true story. There's nothing happy or funny about this movie. It's dark, cold and it fills you with despair. A serial killer is lose on a rural town where two very bad cops are doing everything but catching the killer.

Then a policeman from the big city comes to help them & we slowly see his life unravel as his need to catch the killer grows. Do they catch him?? You have to watch it to find out.
