Review of Memories of Matsuko (2006) by Ante P — 27 Jan 2008
The director use black humor to cover the miserable situation of the girl who struggle alone without father and boyfriend's love. I think this is the smart way to make this movie become impressive.
Given to the rainbow colors and cartoon-like exaggeration which enlighten the narrative structure, this movie becomes a memorable wonder. Miki Natakaniâ??s fantastic interpretations perfectly fit in this dramatics.
