Review of Memento (2000) by Nathan E — 26 Jan 2014
Quite possibly the most finely crafted film I have ever seen with regard to narration, non linearity and details. Although I have only seen it once I look forward to watching it many more times to gain other views and opinions on the end.
Genuinely brilliant and complex characters that constantly made me question everything. The reverse narration of half the film serves perfectly as a guide into the life of a person with memory loss as while the audience sees the present we have no clue to the past.
A absolute masterpiece of directing and creativity without limits.
