Review of Memento (2000) by Erik M — 04 Feb 2015
Memento is a very fresh take on a thriller. The script is written backwards, revealing little by little what happened that led to the beginning. Guy Pearce is really good as Leonard, a guy who can't form new memories.
This leads to him getting into trouble while he's trying to get revenge for his wife's death. The script is fresh, inventive, and really cool to watch unfold. This is a gimmick that works very well.
