Review of Memento (2000) by Drake H — 16 Sep 2013
It's pretty cool and innovative what Christopher Nolan did with the narrative, and how he represents the desperation and impotence of the main character as well as his desition to kill to not loose his motivation to live yet the supporting characters are not so transcendent, feeling more like props.
I did thought I would like it better though, I cannot deny that it is (or at least it was in its release) greatly innovative and fresh but nowadays its technique is so referenced that it feels old, though that only shows the influence it had.
