An interesting subject. Some good performances. Very ordinary, uninspired, and often trite and clumsy storytelling. The performances and subject matter save the movie but the single brief theme on piano which is used repeatedly throughout the movie elicited an eye-roll reaction after just the second (of many) repetitions.
