Review of Melinda and Melinda (2004) by Joel A — 30 Sep 2010
Quiet an enjoyable film this was, such a clever concept. Life can often be seen in two ways a) Tradegy b) Comedy...the concept from the word go had potential.
Woody Allen clearly directed the actors so well, Will Ferrell was controlled but delivered one of his most humorous roles to date. Radha Mitchell so effectively plays the lead in both the tradegy and comedy, she really pulls it off.
All the other supporting actors really added to the film, and although not to everyone's taste Woody Allen has a talent for working with actors and very clever dialogue. In this film it is very apparent....
