Review of Melinda and Melinda (2004) by Bethany M — 13 Nov 2010
Forget the tomatometer. Woody Allen's consistently low scores have more to do with the fact that he's gone 'out of fashion', and that a whole bunch of lazy-ass critics therefore treat him with undeserved knee-jerk criticism.
Melinda and Melinda is a brilliant take on the fine line between tragedy and comedy - and the presence of both in all of our lives.
