Review of Melinda and Melinda (2004) by Jaymi B — 27 Nov 2010
Woody Allens humour and Will Ferrell's understated performance are the two shining lights of this unusually formatted film. The same story but told twice, once in a light hearted fashion and secondly in the form of a tragedy, depending on your own outlook on life you may prefer either version, however the end of the film, unresolved as it was, left me feeling as if I had been cheated out of my desert at the end of a satisfactory meal.
