To me, that was an unconvincing performance by Mara. And the storyline was see-saw: one minute she is a dark depressed soul, the next she's taking on American bureaucracy; one minute her parents dont give a rat's ass about her, the next they travel to witness an accomplishment of hers.
Pass the popcorn.
