Probably one of the best unintentional comedies this year. I love when the naval officer whispers "it rises" before his ship is attacked or when the shark jumps and eats a passenger jet cruising at high altitudes.
or the fact that every submarine has the same control room, except there's a different coloured light in the background, and that all the japanese crewmen speak perfect english (except one) and converse in english.
it isn't even explained why these creatures seem to be invulnerable to everything and are only interested in attacking humans and themselves. the acting was so horrible too, with actors seemingly reading off of cue cards.
was the director there just to say action and cut? keep up the good work asylum. oh and debbie gibson, your comeback is assured with this gem ;).
