I know you're thinking, yeah, one star, what did you expect? Well, no, I was expecting, from the widely shown and fun trailer, a fun silly blast with loads of over the top CGI monster action. So to put it mildly, the trailer did it's job brilliantly.
.. luring me in to paying £6 for this worthless pile of boring garbage. Seriously there are about 3 mins of CGI fun in this movie, all of which were shown in that trailer, and they are endlesly repeated in this, even in reverse or opposite to fill the run time.
...the same submarine, the same shark swim by, the same army guy outside the same building, over and over and over! When I saw the same scene used in a flashback, but without the background and the green screen still showing I just checked out.
.... The big events like the 747 bite and the Golden gate bridge? Watch em on youtube... nothing added from the trailer... The bad acting isn't even bad enough to be funny, just utterly tedious. Save an hour and twenty of your life, this is an insult to crap movies.
