It sucks so much that it's good. The acting and lines are awful ("That wasn't a terrorist. It was piranhas.") At one point the actor starts kicking the CGI... err, piranhas away from him as they fly from dry land.
They eat anything, too. Why the hell would a piranha want to eat a boat, anyway?
