It's not a very intelligent comedy and the "outrageous talk show" bit is very dated today having Jerry Springer and several controversial reality shows, but the scene involving him and the statue of David and the drunken horse are so over the top they're hilarious.
Plus come on, it's Rodney Dangerfield, one of my all-time favorite comedians.
