Review of Meet the Spartans (2008) by Redwolf2K — 25 Mar 2009

I had promised myself after seeing the trailers that I would not watch this movie...ever. Well, one rainy boring afternoon I caved and decided to download it and let me say I am glad no one got my money for this movie.

When people go and see movies like Meet the Spartans and Date Movie etc. they are telling hollywood that they approve of it's bottom barrel swill being poured out every 4-5 months when they need to make a quick buck.

The pop-culture references are well overdone, almost all the jokes drag on and all of them are unfunny. The fact that this has received reviews of 10 by people who honestly believe this is how a good parody movie is made, just shows me how MTV has dumb down this generation.
