Review of Meet the Robinsons (2007) by Shane H — 08 Apr 2012
It was nice to watch a Disney cartoon and not have to sit through cornball singing for once. An inventive orphan who is more interested in the future than the present finds himself in a cloak and dagger game to control one of his first inventions that, turns out in the future is a huge impact on the world we live in.
A young boy and a sinister villain both come back from the future to one protect and the other steal the boys science far project. The villain who to me looks alot like the Purple Pie Man to me gets control of the device and begins his fiendish plot to steal the idea and claim it as him own.
I fell asleep at this point once and then twice since I had to rewind it so I don't know what happens after that but it was interesting enough up to that point for me to finish another day.
