Review of Meet the Mormons (2014) by Dave B — 10 Oct 2014

Great film that showcases the stories of six very different Mormons from around the world in an interesting way. Each person's story is fascinating. The documentary-style film is a different format than most movies you see in theaters.

So it's probably good to know that's what it is as you go in to watch it. It's also important to understand that they won't attempt to explain a lot of church doctrine or history. That's not the purpose of the film.

They definitely talked about these people's beliefs and membership in the church, and the impact the church has on their lives, but this film is more like a peek into the lives of six amazing people who happen to be Mormon.

I walked away feeling inspired and uplifted. Loved it!
