Review of Meet the Mormons (2014) by Bret P — 14 Oct 2014

I was actually quite disappointed in this movie. Of course it was well-made and the stories are compelling, but it wasn't a very realistic look at Mormons or the culture of the church. Yes, there are some incredibly interesting and amazing people in the church, but there are also A LOT who struggle.

I support the church in its efforts to "spread the word", but this movie, at least for me, paints a beautiful, yet sadly incomplete picture of the church and its members.
