It 's very difficult to convey the thoughts that went through my head when I learned in the late 90s that Peter Jackson would be doing versions of "King Kong" and "Lord of the Rings" (funding would reverse these projects).

The five films he was then known for had, say, interesting prospects for the kinds of films they would be. Of course they were wrong. It turns out that "Heavenly Creatures", a fine film but the odd man out from the rest of the bunch, was going to be the direction that Jackson had intended to go.

And fair enough. If he had made those films like "Feebles", he'd probably be in prison. However, two of these films, "Feebles" and "Dead Alive", became cult...favorites? (Classics? YES!) They are probably not for, you know, good, decent folk.

Let me explain - I just might be a scumbag. Now the material isn't so much about what you can stomach, per se, more like what you feel might just send you to Hell if you watch too long. So, if anybody has any hard and fast rules concerning issues like Zombie Abortion or Nasal Ejaculation, best to stay away.

If that sounds intriguing to you, well, remember, there's a reason why I choose those things as fit to print in the first place. I should also point out that "Feebles" is absoutely the greatest film ever made about Show Business.

It's all here, every slimey detail. Prospective 'stars' and fame-whores need to take note.
