Truly bizarre. Judy Garland's bangs steal the show by setting a new benchmark in hideousity. The two clearly psycopathic younger sisters are hilarious but numbingly obtuse. The story is kind of flat and uninteresting, but the strange and hilarious little moments make u for this more than sufficiently.
The grandfather has got to be the best thing this film has going for it.
