Review of Meet Joe Black (1998) by Müge A — 08 Jul 2014
Basically this is Brad Pitt's EDWARD SCISSORHANDS or 'ATTRACTIVE NON-HUMAN WHO WANTS TO LEARN BE A HUMAN MOVIE'. It had several legitimately cute/good/romantic moments, but the pacing was extremely slow and the ending fell on its face and asked 'Who am I?'.
Could have been a much better film in terms of theme and payoff.
