A fine, balanced portrayal of an "average joe" struggling to find meaning in his work, a disfunctional marriage & life in general.
The surprising source of his understanding is a young, weed-puffing teen, who teaches as much as get's taught by his mentor. A few good laughs break the seriousness of the movie and a great 'dorky' performance by Aaron Eckhart make for a good show.
